No. It applies to what matches your rules — your job titles, your locations, your salary floor — and skips the rest. Volume without aim is just spam, and it's your name on every one.
Yes. Start with a dry run: it finds and lists the matches without applying to any of them. You can also set it to fill everything in and stop at the Submit button so you press it yourself. And anything it can't answer truthfully is held in a queue for you rather than sent.
Nothing in the application announces it, and it arrives from your own account like any other. But we won't pretend it's undetectable — the cover letter is written for that specific post from your real experience, and it's worth reading what goes out in your name.
Applying for jobs is. The wrinkle is that some job boards restrict automated use in their own terms, and you'd be using your own account — so that's a decision you make, and we say so plainly in our Terms. SlothPilot never invents qualifications and never applies as anyone but you.
